We want to reassure you that despite the ongoing Canada Post strike, we are committed to ensuring you continue to receive your orders with minimal disruption. To achieve this, we are partnering with alternative shipping providers, including UniUni, ICS, Purolator, and Fleet Options. This service reaches all Canadian addresses (excluding PO boxes). Shipments to the USA and other international destinations won't be affected.

While most orders will proceed as usual, we may need to contact customers with orders under CAD $60 and use standard shipping if shipping costs to certain areas become prohibitively high. In these cases, we will provide the following options:

1. Hold the shipment until the Canada Post strike is resolved.
2. Cancel the order and issue a full refund

Our priority is to keep you informed and offer flexible solutions that work for you. If your order is affected, we will reach out to discuss your preference.

Shipping policy

Shipping Cost:
CAD$6.99 flat shipping rate for all orders shipped to the USA.
All orders shipped to the USA will be provided with a tracking number.
CAD$8.49 flat shipping rate for all orders shipped to Canada.
CAD$15 flat shipping rate for international shipping.

Shipping Method & Time:
Items will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving the order.
USA customers:
All orders shipped to the USA will be provided with a tracking number.
Shipping time is 2-4 days.
All orders US$800 and under are tax and duty free, and will be shipped by UPS economy, USPS Ground Adventage or USPS priority service from Niagara Falls, USA.
Canadian customers:
Orders will be shipped through Canada Post and/or Stallion express and a tracking number may be provided depending on the weight and value of the products.
Shipping time is 1-7 business days.
International customers:
All orders will be shipped by air to the respective national postal service. In some cases, packages will be first routed to the US, and then shipped through USPS to the respective national postal service.
Shipping time is 7-15 business days.

Others:
All orders are fully insured.
